Hello.
A DLC called “The Sims 4: Enchanted By Nature Pre-order Bonus” appeared in my account after redeeming a key.
It shows as “Downloadable”, but I don't own the main expansion and it cannot be installed or removed.
Could you please remove this DLC from my account? It seems to be causing issues when launching The Sims 4.
Florciax Having the pre-order bonus shouldn't affect your ability to play. What happens when you try? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot, and either way, describe what you see.
This site isn't EA customer support, and most of us posting here are volunteers. Even the EA community managers don't have the kind of access to players' accounts that would allow them to remove this content from your game library. That would require going through the EA Help portal:

Florciax I don't understand what you mean or how it's preventing you from playing. Please be more descriptive, with words or screenshots or a short video.
When I click on The Sims 4, the "Play" button pops up after a while, a window that says "The requested operation requires raising permissions." I tried a lot of possibilities, I thought it was the fault of the mods I was downloading, but it wasn't that. Please help.
Florciax That particular error shouldn't have anything to do with the new content. Have you set Sims 4 to run as an admin? You could have done so either directly on TS4_x64.exe or on the desktop shortcut. If you have done this, please remove the setting, as in, running it as an admin can cause the error.
