Unable to invent anything on invention constructor.

My sim got promoted to high level of the scientist career already. All required materials are ready. All breakthrough about all the invention are full in the notebook. But somehow there is no invent menu available. Even the brainstorm menu also unavailable. Try to join new sim to this career, the problem remains same for the new sim.

what should I do? Any help from the support to fix this?

    @youinh 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
