Teagirl_A Sorry for the late reply. Are you still seeing this issue? If so, does it help to play another household for a while and then switch back to this one?

Please also try moving the household to a different lot, preferably a blank or EA-made lot rather than something you've built or downloaded. You don't need to save your progress; the point is to test whether the problem is the lot or the sims.
