I've tried a few things to get the game to work but every time i try to "resume game", its stuck on the loading screen and wont go any further than that. I've removed all mods, I dont even have one drive signed in, deleted the local cache, updated the sims 4 in EA, updated my laptop, etc. Nothing seems to be working and I'm fairly new to this so I'd be so grateful for any help.
BinxsMama Instead of clicking Resume, choose Load Game, pick the world you're playing, and you'll be able to evict your sims and place them somewhere else, and/or bulldoze the lot from there.
If you still can't load this household, please provide a lastexception. For now, delete all the ones you have; they'd be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. The next time you get stuck with infinite loading, look for a new LE, and if you see one, copy its text and paste it into a reply.
after reading a bit more, im fairly certain its because of a lot i downloaded previously from the gallery and thats about the same time this started happening. i would just delete the lot but i cant even get into the game to do so. its just endlessly loading
