Unable to order food other than popcorn on Batuu

I reset my game to factory. I have no mods and no CC. This is still happening to me. It can't be mod-related because I have none.

@SassyMoonFlaps and it happens with every Sim you try ? Have you tested a new save ?

Any LE's for you ?

    Started a whole new save. Replaced my entire Sims 4 folder with the factory reset. It happens every time. They can do the popcorn but anything else makes my sim reset and they get no food.
