Unable to play certain packs in sims 4

After launching sims 4, it will show that the sims 4 business and hobbies and lovestruck is not owned. However EA desktop shows that is in library. This happened after we have installed the latest patches.

We have tried to repair the game and clear cache, but it displayed that the sims expansion pack is not downloaded.

Kindly advise on the issue?

    Doreeeennn​  Do the packs show as installed in your EA App library?  If not, what do you see?  Please post a screenshot or two.

    Please also make sure that you've bought the expansions themselves, not merely the bonus content.  The EPs are listed as Lovestruck and Businesses & Hobbies, not as some digital content.
