Can someone please help me with this error saying ''Unable to start: There was an error processing the startup configuration script. [ 6d1778b8:1df4e8dc:00000000:912c9c10]'' but I dont understand why? if someone has gotten this error can you please explain how you got rid of it I’m trying to play the free version on EA
@Joslyndawn23 I saw this error once when deliberately messing with the game's program files, specifically one of the .sgr files. If you've changed any of these, or you're not sure whether you did, please repair the game: open your EA App game library, click Sims 4, and select Manage > Repair.
If you haven't changed these files, do you have any files in ConfigOverride, inside Documents > Electronic Arts? If so, remove those files and test again.
