Unable to start: The Sims™ 4 is already running.

So, I downloaded this game today, because i just got my new PC. So i thought i can play I have a Windows 10 Creators Updated PC.

Sims 4 is unable to start, And it's already running. And No, I don't have the documents, EA folder at all. I never even played it yet and it happened.

Do i have a virus? Or is sims just being dumb and doesn't like my pc? My old PC Doesn't work so i cant use that. Answer please?

A Reboot can not break a Computer so that you once experienced a problem was merely a coincidence..
