Unable to Upgrade Kitchen Appliances

Hello,  

Is anyone having problems with upgrading kitchen appliances with a Handy Sim. Every time I click to have either the sink or dishwasher upgrade by my handy sims, it just canceled the action telling me it can walk over the sink. I reset  both (sims and object), moved Sink to another counter and still have the same issue 😕

Thankx In advance for any insight at what can I do to correct this issue.
