problems since the update

I’ve been having problems with my Sims since the Marketplace update. First, all my packs were deactivated, I didn’t do that myself. Then all my households were marked as “not in world.” After that, all my houses in the pack worlds disappeared as well. Every time I place them on a lot, switch to another household, and then come back, the house is gone, but when I click build mode, the house is there again. I really don’t understand how this is happening. I don’t use mods, and I’ve never really had issues with The Sims before.
