Unavailable for purchase kit

Hello I have recently purchased the storybook nursery kit, but when I got in the game, not only were the items not appearing but when I clicked in the store in the game it is said that the game is unavailable for purchase. But I have already purchased it?!

Also yes I do own mods but even when i do disable them the bug still occurs.
