Uncomfortable moodlet from plasma packs

My vampire Sim turned a fish he caught and a frog into plasma packs they were in his inventory. Then I noticed he had a 4 hour bad moodlet from being close to garlic, he lives in a pre-built house with no garlic decorations, although he had been to neighbours house that's festooned with garlic.

So I waited while the 4 hours counted down, and then it reset for another 4 hours of nausea and lack of appetite - until I deleted the plasma packs from his inventory. I can't believe that's intentional.

  • Hi I've tried every way possible and I can't replicate the problem. The very worst that happens is a 2 hour 'uncomfortable' moodlet, but that clears really quickly when he's at home.

So I am sorry I have no idea what caused the initial glitch, but it hasn't repeated. Obviously not a bug, just a glitch in an old save game. Thanks anyway

  • Do you only get the moodlet when you go to a house with garlic or do you also get it when you simply put those packs in the inventory ?

Like, if you turn frogs into packs when there's no moodlet present, do you get one ?

I only noticed it when he was in his own house which has no garlic decorations. I did think that he'd picked up the moodlet from visiting his neighbours, but it was when it kept refreshing to 4 hours discomfort that I decided to remove the plasma packs from his inventory - then the bad moodlet  disappeared.

So I can only assume it's associated with the plasma ☹️

Could you test if you get it if you don't go near garlic and just have the packs in your inventory.

I have many of those and I don't get the moodlet.
