Unrecognized Video Card: Your video Card was not found in our Database

Hi everyone, I'm really confused because sims 4 game doesn't seem to "find" my laptop graphics card. How can I fix this? I checked graphics settings for Sims 4 & the correct graphics card is listed....

Oh, I also have that problem but it doesn't seem to be affecting my gameplay. I have Nvidia GeForce Rtx 4050. I would like to ask if can I still use it even though it is not recognize? Can I leave it be?
