Unsure How to Classify current problem

Question

For the past 2-3 days, something strange has happened with my Sims 4 game. Everything loads fine and whatnot but a couple minutes into the game, when I do anything(mostly fast forwarding to 3 times speed I believe), the game like freezes for a couple seconds, the screen turns black like it's trying to resize or something then continues again and it does this several times. Now I do have mods(MC Command, UI Extensions and More columns) and I do have CC(just like 3 hairs)&nbsp; and my windows and everything(like graphics, etc) is up to date. So I dunno what could be wrong. Any help is welcome. Thank you!&nbsp; &nbsp;Oh and here's my DxDiag attached from like last night.

Kadeth_Fayemore​&nbsp; Thanks for the dxdiag, which lists a number of crashes of the graphics driver.&nbsp; So the place to start is with a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver.&nbsp; Here's how:

Rather than a driver from Intel, use the newest one HP offers for your laptop. &nbsp;Go here:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops
Enter your serial number, choose your OS (just Windows 11 is fine) if prompted, click All Drivers, expand Driver-Graphics, and download the newest Intel driver by version number. &nbsp;The first number matters most, e.g. 32 is newer than 31; after that, the last four numbers matter.
