Urgent Issue with Sims 4 Expansion Packs: Request for Resolution or Refund
I am experiencing a persistent issue with The Sims 4 expansion packs Seasons and Island Living, which are not functioning after download. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem including uninstalling and reinstalling the packs from the EA app library, repairing the game, and completely deleting and re-downloading all game files, the issue continues without any improvement. For the Island Living expansion pack, after the download is completed, the game only displays a message instructing me to restart and the world remains blurred and inaccessible. Additionally, these expansion packs do not appear in my purchase history, which prevents me from submitting a refund request through the normal process. The game also fails to launch under Windows 10 due to compatibility issues, forcing me to run it in Windows 8 compatibility mode, while all of my other 25 games function normally and only these two expansion packs are affected. I have already submitted multiple reports regarding this issue but have received no response or follow-up communication. At this point, my patience has been exhausted and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the level of support provided. I expect a clear and effective solution to resolve this issue immediately or a full refund for both expansion packs, and I request that this matter be addressed as soon as possible.
