Vi har laddat ner Paradisö till sims 4 men det fungerar ej.

Today we downloaded Paradisö(expansionpack) to Sims 4 but it doesen´t work. It says that we own the game but it doesen´t work.

@aliander12  I take it you're talking about the pack called Island Living in English.  Please run a search for the pack folders; I want to know if they exist and where they are on your computer.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP07 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  When the scan finishes, make sure the full file paths show under each item; if not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Then use Windows key-shift-S to capture that portion of the screen, and attach the screenshot to a reply here.
