Video Card unrecognized

Thank you so much for reaching out to help, ive tried everything i can think of so resolve this in case it wasnt the game. So in the Config.log it shows my gpu and says Found 0, Supported 1. Ill also edit a video to correct MB size so i can send it to you so you can see how my fps drops, sorry thats what i meant.
