Weird lag in build/buy mode and sometimes in Live Mode too

Hi everyone, I'm having this weird issue with my game. Overall my game plays very smoothly, like butter. Specs are i5 7600K 3.80GHz, 1060GTX 6 GB and 16GB of ram. On Windows 10 Home Edition x64....

Well i have a rtx 2060, i5 7500k and 16 gigs of ram.. Sims 4 has for a while now and long before eco living, had this issue for me. And more people with me.. Idk if eco made it worse, but it was definitely already present.

I had to uninstall Eco because the game was unplayable (as if it hadn't been laggy enough before!)  I just upgraded to 72 gb RAM on an iMac Pro 5, 2019 and it's still noisy in build mode with the fan.  Going to see how this pans out the more I build on my property!
