Where do i find redeem codes?

Hi, it';s been a while and hopefully you were able to get this sortyed.

To clarify, there are no codes sent out. If you make a purchase the game will be added to the account you use, and the game will appear in the Origin library when you log in.

So, I have a child, 10, who wants to play Sims 4, child accounts can’t purchase games, only adult ones.

if the game is only available in my account, how can my child play the game in theirs?

I’ve spent 2 days on this so far, any assistance would be appreciated!

As you noted, child accounts cannot purchase games, however they can redeem codes that were purchased from an adult account.

This would still be a separate account from your own however, and not currently possible to simply share your copy of the game to a different account.

You can check through more information on those restrictions here, but if you have specific questions related to a game purchase on your account or a child account, please reach out to support so they can take a look at the accounts directly and see what other options may be available.
