white screen and game crashing

i can not play the sims anymore, becuase i keep getting white screen, and crashing. i have tried so many things. rermving mids, clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, moving sims 4 folder to the desk top so a new one will get made, and it still keeps crashing and going to white screen. i need help.
