1229574 Then I really need to see a dxdiag. It's odd that you don't have the option to attach one. On my end, the Attachment button is in between the Emoji and Code Sample buttons, and there's an Insert Media button between the Link and Emoji buttons, so it seems that the site isn't allowing your account to do either for some reason. Try a different browser just in case that's the issue.
If you still can't attach the dxdiag, upload it to a third-party filesharing site and post the link here. If you use a service that allows you to restrict access, like Google Drive does by default, make sure the upload is set so that anyone with the link can view it.
