White screen when loading worlds with residential rentals

Hey y'all,

I am currently playing on a legacy save, and I can load into game fine, as well as see the overview of the various worlds, but when clicking on any containing a residential rental my screen goes completely white and I have to exit to the main menu. I tried removing all mods, repairing the game, ect. to no avail. I also tried disabling the For Rent pack, which allowed me to load the worlds but any lot marked rental completely disappears. Feeling pretty frustrated that I have spent hundreds on a game that doesn't run, is there any other known fix for this issue or do I kiss my builds and sims goodbye at this point?
