why cant i play my sims online

Why i cant play sims online mode a few days ago its fine with origin ever since it changed to EA i cant access it online i followed every steps i had the right remid what seems to be the problem why does it keeps saying invalid

    Where exactly are you seeing an invalid error- can you attach a screenshot to your post please of that error you're receiving?
