WHY ISNT MY SIMS 4 WORKING

After the Patch update my game keeps saying their is a problem with my patch update. Please re-install the game. Ih vae uninstalled the game with the Ea App as people suggested but nothing is working. Is their any solution to this problem. I hate that this happens because it shows you how * the game is developed. Previous games never had this sort of problem. If i pay for a game why is this * happening to people.

  • @Illidanerium  Some of the information in your dxdiag is missing, so I can only guess that you might be running Windows 7.  What I do see is a system very much like others that can't run Sims 4 in DirectX 11 mode.  So please try forcing DirectX 9 mode instead.  Open your EA App game library, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx9 in the command line box.
