This is bs. After all the money we have pumped into the Sims over the years... I AM NOT HAPPY! I have over 12, 000 hours of play time and now, it won't save my game. Seriously!? I guess I get this for being a loyal customer for over 24 years. 🤑🙄🤬
Starrynight1204 What happens when you try to save? If you get an error code, please write out what it says. If you don't get an error, describe what you see, and let me know whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never deliberately use it.
When you click save, A popup tells you "The game failed to save. Error Code: 0. Currently the only way to save progress is to go to Save As, and you must save it as a new file, as it will give the same Error Code: 0 if you try to overwrite a previous save. This issue is affecting SO MANY PLAYERS!
Kmader1 That's one reason someone's progress might not save, and it's been a Known Issue for a while now:

But it's not the only cause of a failure to save, which is why I asked the original poster what was happening when they tried.
I reinstalled the game and it fixed this for me
yeah, reinstalling or going to Manage World (or whatever it's called)
