Will this laptop run The Sims 4 and some DLC's?

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3500U RAM - 8 GB GPU - AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics Do you think it can handle, nicely?

@R1tz_F  That depends on your definition of "nicely" as well as which packs you intend to install.  With all packs together, you could probably play on medium graphics settings, but no higher; with only a couple of demanding expansions (those are basically every EP from Cats & Dogs forward), you could raise a few settings to high.  There's some variation from one player to the next though, since two people can have very different definitions of playable.

If you'd like to do a bit better and are still shopping for a laptop, look for one with a Ryzen 5 5500U or Intel i5-1135G7.  The graphics chips in these are significantly faster than the one in a 3500U, and the prices are not much higher.  If you already have this laptop, then go ahead and install Sims 4; it won't do any harm and should probably be completely fine.
