@hazel_harvelll Of the three laptops you've listed, the third is significanly better than the first two. It has a stronger processor with a faster integrated graphics chip, and the graphics chip is the single most important factor in deciding how well a given computer will run Sims 4. The third laptop should handle all packs on medium settings, while the first two would only run the game on low or maybe low-medium.
If you're willing to go to $550, this laptop would be even better than the ones you listed, with an even stronger processor and faster graphics chip:
If you want to stay under $500, these are good options. They have the same processor and graphics chip as the third one you linked, although less storage. The second of these has 12 GB memory, which will make multitasking easier, although Sims 4 would still run fine on 8 GB RAM.
