windows 10 64 bit 4gb RAM UNABLE TO PLAY SIMS 4

hello i just started back playing sims 4 i i bought me a new hp laptop however when i start to play the sims 4 game i get a warning stating " you are running the 64 bit game executable on a system that does not meet recommended specifications and may experience instability or performance problems , we recommend that you switch to 32 bit executable in origin ( unable to do )  via game properties" . i have tried everything and nothing seems to work I've only ever played sims 4 and cannot get into the gameplay with sims 3 that works just fine can someone please help me
