You Don't Have Access - STEAM/EA APP ISSUE

I've been having this issues since april of 2024 and have reached out to EA support and NO HELP! I bought the game in 2020 on steam and all the packs. I have all my receipts showing i spent $562 on this game with all the pack and kits. When I launch the game I do it from steam and it automatically brings up EA launcher and i get this error: You don't have access ( see attachment for error).  I 4 different cases with EA support and I have tried all their troubleshooting tips NOTHING works. When i unistall the app on steam and ea and just download on EA app it will work but i will on have the free base game and the two packs they gave us for free. My other packs and kits are not there they say "manage on steam" (see attachment). When I install the app only on steam, i still get the error mention above. When I spoke with Ea support today they said the only thing is to do is put the info on this forum and other and see if other customers have had experience this issue. I'm hoping I can get help with this issue. I have been a Sim player since "The Sims" when I was in middle school now 20 years later I still enjoy and love the game and can't play.

    Hello,

    I tried all this. I don't have any antivirus pop up or blocker. I am signed into the correct ea account according to EA customer service. My steam and EA account is linked. I launch it from steam and it opens the EA app. And I have never played a trial. I have paid over a thousand of dollars buying the base game and all 34 packs. 

    Hopefully i can get access to this soon.

    I have made sure my accounts are right with EA support, I check the antivirus it allows for all, I never played trial, and launch from the steam app. Did not clear up anything. I am now able to launch it from the EA app but I dont have 32 packs/kits it states its own it but not downloaded (in the sims 4 store) but on the ea app it says Managed by steam.

    Yes my accounts are linked and I had the EA support check and they stated they are linked.
