Yuma Heights lot is bugged

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.62.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I only have basegame with the Holiday free stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens every time for me. Doesn't matter if I'm offline or connected. The lot called Yuma Heights in Oasis Springs can't be played or trying to build on the lot. If I click on the lot and click on the Build option, it brings me right back to World Select screen. Same if I try to play it. And Sims can't even move to it either, I tried that too.
What happens when the bug occurs? The bug sends you back to the World Select screen.
What do you expect to see? If there wasn't a bug, I would expect to be able to open the lot to build or play with my Sims on the lot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. April 2nd, Windows 10 (1903, Home version) forced an updated on my pc. Since then the game crashes, other programs crash, connection issues and I've files missing. This update has been affecting my whole computer system, curious if it affecting the game files.

I can not confirm nor deny that this Windows update, could be the cause yet. They did have an update last year that removed important Sims 3 files directly from the EA folder, that resulted in the game unable to open at all.

So it's just a guess if there's not many others reporting this same issue with the Yuma Heights lot.

It would help me if I knew which files to look for to see in case Windows did a big mistake and removed something that would affect the Yuma Heights lot directly. No other lots have this issue.

@sarahholdenried Are you getting any error messages ? Have you tried repairing your game through Origin yet ?

No, there's no error message. As I mentioned if you choose the option to play or build to that lot, it reloads the screen back to world select. It is the only lot that is having this issue I am finding. Rest of game works.
Crashes are related to Windows being a huge pain reinstalling known bad updates that I now have to keep uninstalling.
I'm so glad I save every 10min just about or I would've lost so much progress on builds. Crashes are random btw, other programs on pc crash too, so that's due to Windows but the Yuma Heights lot is a game issue. I had updated the game last night when I was finally able to get connected after uninstalling a recent Windows update, and the Yuma lot still does the same thing after game updated. There was no Origin update that I saw last night, I keep Origin up to date too.

Do you have any lastException files generated ? You can find those in the documents folder (the sims 4)

If so, can you upload them as rar file or c/p the content.

There are two of them, as well as 2 crashes.
Screenshot also shows time it completed the recent game update, which I didn't know of til last night after I regained internet connection.
So, what exactly should I try?

I'll be resetting my pc.
Yes that lot is acting bugged & it's the only one acting as such.
Ever since 2 specific updates tho from Windows, there's been crashes and files missing. So much so Windows 10 update last year is to blame for removing a file within the EA folder, preventing me from being able to load and play Sims 3, it caused issues to my Sims 4 as well. I had to uninstall Sims 3, what was left of it.
I've no doubt Windows is at fault again for messing with something in my EA folder. Last year I wasn't alone for noticing this issue. Microsoft also admitted to an update this year that was removing files it shouldn't have.
Please keep this up as I'll respond what happens after we get the pc reset. I may keep it in Windows 8 and install Origin & Sims 4 back to see what happens and let you know then. We're also going to directly connect the pc, rather than wirelessly to the wifi to help keep it's connection better, we hope, even tho dsl internet out here is spotty.

Been too busy with my kids being home.
