Can someone help me with a solution on how to fix the issues with the app crashing every time I log in after the most recent Apple iOS 26.4 software update?

Can’t double shift
I’m vip 6 and one of the perks is to be able to double shift but it won’t let me, I have to pay for them to do it, it let me do it one at vip 5 and that was it, nothing since then.
