App crashes every time I log in after recent iOS update
Can someone help me with a solution on how to fix the issues with the app crashing every time I log in after the most recent Apple iOS 26.4 software update?

I am unable to play my sims freeplay game now going on a few weeks due to it constantly force closes any time I try to do anything in the game. Sometimes it force closes while trying to open the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have cleared any cashe I can find. I have also restarted my iPad. And I have seen so many other having the same issue as me since this update. Also waiting to hear back from Apple support. But they seem to think it something to do with the game. Can I please get help fixing this!!!! Playing on iPad 9th generation. Also the game and iPad are up to date with updates.
You can always try when you log into sims FreePlay go to the bottom right corner and tap the 3 dots and then tap the 3 dots ( option ) and then change your graphics from enhanced to classic . That s what I did and it lets me play
