App crashes every time I log in after recent iOS update

I'm having the same issues. I can't uninstall or reinstall . This is so frustrating 

Oh no, Im so sorry to hear that you lost out on the cafe rewards due to the system crash. In terms of adjustment, oh yeah it's indeed tricky coz we're all at different places but it can still be done for the major events held from 21st to 30th April, coz irrc it began automatically???? Hold on!!! Auto finish for alto alibi craft challenge???? I didnt get that at all :((((( Mine went on just like how it was when the game didnt crash. Perhaps it's because I had 26 hrs left???

Pingchee​ I agree with you. I was on the last day or so of reaching Level 45 of the Cafe and because I couldn’t finish on time I lost out on the rewards. That Cafe took forever to finish and to lose it that close to the finish was infuriating. I don’t know technically how they could adjust every game because we are all at different places. I think they did try to give us a piece offering by making the Alto Alibi craft challenge auto finish. I started the challenge by making one candle and it automatically finished it. It was like magic. I looked at it and said, “Wait…what just happened.”  It was actually awesome. I can’t remember starting the challenge. If EA did do that, thank you! Anyway, I’m sorry so many of you are still dealing with the effects of the system crash. It definitely was a mess.

I would like some sort of compensation having paid for a social points monthly card and cannot open the game - please!

Mine crashes every time I open the app. I have paid for a monthly social point card and can’t login to claim the daily allowance 😢

Same.... though I tried not to spend anything on the events. Btw did you contact in game support?

I lost out on quite a few events  also, They finished during the crash on log in with Ipad and I spent about $200.00 om the event and lost most of it due to not being able to log in a collect it , Just poof gone.
