Baby diaper

I’m not sure what bar you’re talking about.  Most players are worried because the bar for the bladder doesn’t fill up by changing the diaper.  But this works just like in real life - the baby’s bladder empties itself when it’s time. There’s nothing you can do but wait. When it happened you can take care of the hygiene by changing the diaper.
