Bug / Issue for Mezzanines Quest

I'm having an issue with the Bug / Issue Mezzanines Quest, moving past the request of Chilling by the pool. Twice now I have used 15 Lp to try and complete to move on to finish the quest in the time frame provided and the game doesn't progress forward but it does take my Lp. I've lost a total of 30 Lp trying to progress and now the time frame provided has expired. Anyone else experienced this issue?
