Bug Report: Discovery Quest Not Marked as Completed (The Sims FreePlay)

Hi there, I’m encountering a bug in The Sims FreePlay: I’ve fully completed all requirements of a discovery quest, but the game hasn’t marked it as finished. I can’t re-do the quest or progress further, which is blocking my gameplay.

I’ve tried troubleshooting steps like restarting the game/device, redoing key quest actions, clearing cache, and backing up my save. I also updated the game to the latest version, but the bug still persists.

Could you help fix this issue? Please let me know if more details (e.g., quest name, screenshots) are needed. Thanks!

Yes, I've finished all these tasks, including this one you mentioned. But even though I completed this instruction, it wasn't marked as passed. I think there might have been a glitch, because a chase mission was ongoing at the same time, also in the park. When I entered the park, other missions were completed simultaneously too, and I suspect the game glitched and only marked one mission as passed.😂

The screenshot shows the quest at 88 %, so it’s not finished, yet.

For the shown task you need to call a Sim to the park, let them go next to the Plant and then use the camera icon at the upper right corner of the screen.

Next task would be to hug the plant and the last one to say goodbye to the plant. Did you get those tasks already?

Guess you need help from Support then.&nbsp;In your game tap the three dots at the bottom right, then info, Online Support and use the talk bubble at the upper right. &nbsp;It’s not a live chat, so it may take some time before you get an answer.
