can’t download content

been trying for 2 days to download, it’s stays on 95% goes up to 97% and errors.

i’ve deleted apps, clutches, photos, videos, restarted my phone and also deleted the sims app and downloaded it again also changed wifi, used cellular, starlink, but still the same, i cannot level up due to not getting the content downloaded and i’ve already spend a lot of money on it😐🥲 idk else to do i just want to play sims🙂‍↕️

also the ea online support ain’t doing anything😭 like send help please
