Can not complete the build Baby & bump

I do not understand

You can not start the building?

You have finished the build but it will not let you complete it?

I have made no recommendations, so I do not know what you recommended to do and what you have or have not tried

You have chosen to provide too little information for me to give any advice 

Generally

hard close restart

shut device off, restart

delete/reinstall game

try new connection WIFI to 5G, 4G or other

Switch devices, for you to an Android to see if a different OS fixes it

Ok so the download will stop at 96%I have tried everything that was suggested including completely deleting my iPad and re starting over and it is still doing it can not get the last 4% to load not sure what you don’t understand but if I could stop the build and move on it would be great but there is no way to do that either so I can not move onto the building real estate office

You did a factory reset?

And loading the game to an Android device did not help?

This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you

My kindle fire has been trying to update to get baby n bumps for 15 hours. I cannot get it to stop I cannot play anymore. This happened once before trying to upgrade something and I had to uninstall it and then reinstall it but I lost all my progress. Help?
