Crashing had to reinstall and lost last two months progress

So Friday my game kept crashing and then completely failed to load. I was linked in the game so as their trouble shooting stated I uninstalld and reinstalled and it recovered my March data, so anything after the last major update with all the new store upgrades wasn't saved...something seems a little fishy here, if I wasn't linked then how did it recover any data at all, I contacted the support team who did nothing just said it cant be recovered. I've list the packs I paid real money for as well in that time and no one will help, I feel this is a completely wring to take my money and not provide me with what I purchased. It's funny that their update had so many bugs in it is what data ive lost, obviously something wrong with the game since thus update, scary that the next is due in June so hold tight for more bugs! In the meantime I advise that no one try uninstalling at the moment. I cant face having to do the upgrades all again so as no support is being provide to help me restore my data from Friday I think il just give up the game 😭.

    So ive raised several spport tickets via the ingame help section but the replies were very unhelpful they just said no we cant restore your game, so then I asked to raise a complaint and suddenly they said they have now sent it to a team for investigation. However that was 4 days ago. Thing is two months of progression I lost included two purchases made with real money and after Googling my consumer rights it appears they have indeed breached them so ive sent another message to the asking them to pass onto the team investigating (if they even are and not just fobbing me off) a message that says the following which i got from citizens advise, note i added the part in brackets stating what happened : 'Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. My rights have been breached because the digital content you sold me is faulty. [Your game crashed and will not load the correct content from the date of the crash and subsequent reinstall] and I would like you to fix it within a reasonable time.

    Im hoping they listen and sort it because I can imaging im not the only one who paid real money and lost their purchases due to their game failure and they've probably made a mint if people dont complain and push it further, its not really about the game anymore, im more annoyed they've ripped me off.

  • Exactly what happened to me. Is there anyway to get it back??
