Fed up with this company

Haven’t been able to access the game since the latest update a few days ago. I know this is happening to a lot of other players as well. We are missing out on time sensitive events and do you think there will be compensation? I doubt it. You can’t get any support from them as I’ve tried after they STOLE all my progress from another game TWICE…..which was never resolved btw. Time to make reports to the Better Business Bureau….they can’t hide from them.
