Furniture wont work!! And walls change different colour

You can also use the in-game buttons. First, tap on the green button at the bottom of your screen.

1. There’s an issue when I try to place any item/ furniture in my available room space and it is highlighted red and the green tick is never available, even if I place it in the same spot it was before I moved it.  Even the fireplace from the ‘Missing Claus’ quest won’t place properly.

Additional feedback When I go to put in two specific objects in a sims house The objects get stuck in a place that the object can’t be. specifically when I go to place a rustic fireplace on the wall it gets stuck in the center of the wall in between two rooms. As well as when i go to place a cinema projector tv the tv I will touch to place it on the wall and the tv won’t let me put it there it will appear 5 squares away on the outside of the house and will never let me put it in the house.

Also, I’m really curious about this “rustic fireplace” and “cinema projector tv” because I don’t recognize those item names from The Sims Mobile catalogue or events.

Eek!! 😬 I don’t play FreePlay, but I can certainly try to help!

It looks like you have two options. You can visit this page (https://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-FreePlay/bd-p/The-Sims-FreePlay) and select New Topic and copy/paste your report that you wrote above. The FreePlay forum doesn’t initially appear to be as organized, so it looks like people post bug reports as they come.
