Game Bug

My Sims Freeplay game has started to glitch out at the loading screen. I have deleted and downloaded multiple times, checked my internet, deleted cache, freed up storage it’s been difficult to play. 

My game is saved with my Game Centre account and I want to keep my progress but I can’t load into the game to play properly. Thank you
