Help Recovering My Old Sims FreePlay Account

Hello,

I’ve been playing The Sims FreePlay since 2016 and had my progress saved via Facebook and Game Center. Last year, I changed my phone and forgot to manually save my game before switching devices. I recently reinstalled the game and connected it to the same Facebook account I used before. My name shows up, but my previous town and progress do not load.

In Game Center, I can still see all the achievements I’ve earned since I started playing, so I believe my game data still exists somewhere. I would deeply appreciate your help recovering my old game.
