I can't find Bree anywhere

Hi. I have a problem. I started to basement quest. But Bree is nowhere to be found, so I can't do the tasks.I checked the park, community center, everwhere. My time limit for extra prize is going down and I can not even begin because Bree is missing. I also checked if there is a new uptade but no. I would be very happy if you can help me. Thanks.
