make a mud pie bug?

I’m stuck on the ‘Make a Mud Pie’ task in the Sous Judgemental quest. Garden patches only show ‘Admire’ and ‘Water Garden’, so the interaction never appears. I’ve tried different sims, lots, and replacing the patch but it still doesn’t work

There are two garden patches. The brown one should show the mud pie option, the blue one doesn’t.
If the task doesn’t work at the brown patch, please contact Online Support.
