Midtown cafe not giving me earned points after each milestone

It’s bad enough i had to use my social points to even do this cafe. But after completion of each level you earn social points, simoleons points, and lifestyle points. I’ve noticed each time I get passes a new level it says I get my points but it’s never been added to the amount I have which is completely unfair !
