My max sims at level 65 vip 15 is 43… why?
I’m told I should at least have 46 sims at level 60. However I’ve reached level 65 and I’ve spent lots of money to get to vip level 15. Why don’t I get the other 3 sims?

Are they not in the progression prize track?
Clip board with Plumb bob > Progres > the gift at the top right
On your simdex you should receive another sim and completing two of your towns, ie, Simsprings.. I got 3 more from these things. Other than that I would’ve had 43 as well.
