New update bug

Since updating app on the 25th Nov. The game keeps throwing me out. Than all my sims stop doing what they were doing and I loose all the resources it should have collected. Please fix asap as have played this game since 2000 at Lev 65 and really enjoy it. Playing on android device

  • Im having market problems, keeps planting too many patches with plants, it just does what it thinks !!! Also cannot click on the back boxes to plant so have to keep ritating the view!  It has been reported as ive been on a chat to report it and the fact i couldnt get logged in to the forums - log in has been rectified so hopefully the game will get sorted soon as its so frustrating 

  • Problème depuis la MAJ. Sur IOS le jeu crash et les actions en cours annulés. Impossible de faire quoi que ce soit 🙁.

    Same. So far it’s a specific house in Commercial Court that’s crashing my game. I can’t go to the house or to a Sim in the house. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get back into the game. iOS here.

    The same for me it's a specific house that it just start crashing on.

    I have the same issue and its getting really annoying I Hope they fix it ASAP or else I wont be able to finish my quest

     

  • UPDATE:  Okay, after about a week of the same, I realized I was getting thrown out every time I tried to select the last Sim that I created. I started thinking maybe there is something wrong with that Sim or the house location she was living in. (It is the last house built in Sim Springs that a Sim can live in, not the community property.). Since I have way more houses than Sims, I had her visit a different house, in a different neighborhood. I didn’t officially moved her out of her old house, she was just “visiting”. I logged out and back into the game, went to the Sim character select menu, clicked on the last character I made and did not get thrown out! I “officially” moved her into the new house and have been able to play normally ever since. I did contact technical support but all I was told is they are aware of the issue. 

    I hope this will be a help to others who are having the same issue of getting thrown out of the game and losing progress. I play on iPad Air, latest edition and iOS is fully updated.

    I did the same thing. by house I used as a nursing home. had to move 5 sims out.  could not use it again so i demolished house and built a new one. have not used new house yet to see if it was the house or lot.  now raising more money to get 550000.00 to get the nursing home again but will build on different lot.

    I’m playing on IPad and I’m having the same issue. Last night I updated to the newest update, and this morning I sent all my Sims’s to work. But when I went back on a few minutes later it had glitched to them all being done work for the day and no resources collected. I also can’t open the sims menu to see their profiles otherwise the game crashes. So the game is useless as of now. And I restarted/redownloaded and everything. 

  • I am having the same issue. And I am losing progress on all the quests that I have started. Has there been a fix for this yet?
