No Saved Data in Cloud

Been having this problem since August of 2024 and still have no answers. The game was crashing and would not load and I made the dumb mistake of uninstalling the game and have not been able to access the game ever since. I have provided my player ID as they request and all customer service says is we are working on it and then close the ticket and wanting me to fill out a survey. I seriously just want my game back and it would be greatly appreciated to find someone who could point me in the right direction and help me.
