Ongoing Technical Issue with Sims Freeplay App

 

I am writing to report a recurring issue I have been experiencing with the Sims FreePlay application. I have been an active player for the past two years and have thoroughly enjoyed the game until recently, when I began encountering a frustrating technical problem that has significantly impacted my experience.

For the past week, the app has consistently crashed upon opening, without any warning or indication of network problems. While it occasionally functions properly in the morning, it fails to load at all during the rest of the day. This issue occurs regularly, limiting my ability to engage with the game to just one or two brief windows each day. 

I have taken steps to troubleshoot the problem, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app. However, the issue persists. I have also ensured that there are no storage limitations or imposed restrictions on the app that might be causing this behavior.

Given that this problem only began 2 weeks ago and that no changes have been made to my device settings, I suspect there may be a bug or a compatibility issue within the app itself. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide to help resolve this matter.
